By purchasing or using access to the AI Guided Strategy Plan (the “Program” or “Materials”) or subscribing to StrategIQ Coach™ (the “Subscription” or “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not purchase, access, or use the Program or Subscription.
1. Scope & Services
The Program provides digital strategy resources, documents, templates, and guidance. The Subscription provides ongoing access to AI-powered strategic coaching tools and related content. Together, these offerings are the “Services.”
2. License & Access
When you purchase or subscribe, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal or internal business use.
You may not:
• Share, sell, distribute, sublicense, or publicly post the Materials or outputs.
• Use the Services to create a competing product, service, or AI system.
3. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content, frameworks, prompts, templates, strategy guides, configurations, and AI methodologies provided through the Services are the confidential intellectual property of Tyler Advisory Group.
You agree that you will not:
• Access, extract, reverse-engineer, replicate, or attempt to derive the underlying prompts, methods, or proprietary content of StrategIQ Coach™ or the Program.
• Use any outputs or materials to train, build, or improve another AI system, model, or methodology.
• Reproduce, modify, or repurpose any supplementary materials (guides, templates, or workbooks) for use outside your license.
4. Acceptable Use & Confidentiality
You agree to:
• Provide accurate, lawful inputs.
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to bypass or interfere with security systems.
• Respect all confidentiality and intellectual property restrictions.
5. Subscription & Payments
StrategIQ Coach™ Subscription
• Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, as chosen).
• You may cancel before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
• Because access is immediate and digital, all subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
• We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment or misuse.
AI Guided Strategy Plan
• Due to immediate access to proprietary materials, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.
6. AI & Professional Disclaimers
The Services provide educational and strategic guidance only. We do not offer legal, financial, or professional advice and make no guarantees about results.
You are solely responsible for decisions and outcomes resulting from your use of the Services.
7. Privacy
Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). Subscription authentication may be handled by Authflow. AI functions may use OpenAI technology.
Our data handling practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Services, or fail to complete payment. No refunds are provided upon termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tyler Advisory Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
All disputes will be handled in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Services means you accept the revised Terms.
